If you need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee.

If a session is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the session will be applied.

• If the session was paid for in advance and is subject to the cancellation fee, a refund of 50% of the cost of the session will be given.

• If the session was not paid for in advance, 50% of the cost of the session will be charged.

If you would like to reschedule a session, you must select an alternative time slot that is within 2 days of the originally scheduled time to avoid the cancellation fee.

If an alternative time is not selected or not available within 2 days of the original time, then the cancellation fee will be applied. For extenuating and/or emergency circumstances, please contact Enterprise Tutoring to discuss other options.
